Celebrate Father’s Day and the beginning of summer with a weekend at the 2016 San Diego International Boat Show on Harbor Island. With over 200 boats of all categories on display, boaters of all types will have an all-access pass into the newest boats and marine accessories. The boat show’s in-water display will increase by 120 feet, allowing 50 more boats to be exhibited.
Several boats will be making their West Coast debut over the weekend, including the elegant Jeanneau 54, the sporty Galeon 445 HTS, and the Carver C37 Coupe for those interested in cruising life with flair.
Additionally, guests of all age will be able to participate in a variety of activities including stand up paddleboarding and kayaking. Workshops and seminars will allow boaters to gain insight on a wide range of topics designed to help them make the most of their time in the water or even learn the basics of sailing. There will be food trucks, a floating Tiki Bar and a beer garden for those of age, with live entertainment providing a perfect weekend adventure.
Show hours are from noon to 7pm, Thursday and Friday, from 10am to 7pm Saturday, and from 10am to 6pm on Sunday. Admission is $15 for adults and free admission for children 12 years and younger.
